Refund Policy

At Wrapped Up, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
1. 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a refund or exchange. Items returned after the 15-day window will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags still attached
In original packaging where applicable
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or any item marked as final sale.
3. How to Return
1. Email us at hello@wrappedupjackets.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address within 1 business day
3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wrappedupjackets.com with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your call.
7. Sale & Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Other sale items can be returned within 15 days for store credit only, unless faulty.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there’s often processing time before a refund posts
4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us
